Unless expressly stated otherwise, all digital products, workshops and programmes are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
They are intended to support learning and personal development and should not be considered psychotherapy, counselling, psychological treatment, medical advice or crisis support.
Purchasing a course or programme does not create a therapist-client relationship.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
The information you provide is accurate.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full before access is granted unless a payment plan has been agreed.
If using a payment plan:
Payments must be made on the agreed dates.
Missed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is received.
You remain responsible for the full balance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of my products or services.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
Once you have been granted access to a digital course, workshop recording, downloadable resource or other digital content, refunds are not available except where required by applicable consumer law.
By purchasing a digital product and accessing it immediately, you acknowledge that:
You request immediate access to the digital content.
You understand that this means your statutory 14-day cancellation right may no longer apply once access has begun.
You consent to immediate delivery of the digital content.
If you choose not to access the product after purchase, this does not entitle you to a refund.
If a live workshop or masterclass includes access to a replay, it will be treated as a digital product once access has been provided and refunds will generally not be available.
If a live event is cancelled by Becky Rodrigues, you will be offered either:
A full refund; or
A transfer to a future event, where applicable.
Where payment is made for a live group programme, refunds are not available once the programme has started, except where required by law.
If you are paying by instalments, you remain responsible for completing all agreed payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Separate cancellation terms apply to individual appointments and will be outlined in your client agreement before your first session.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise.
Refund requests outside this policy may be considered at my discretion, but I am under no obligation to provide a refund where the product or service has already been delivered.
If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible.
I will make every reasonable effort to resolve genuine technical issues promptly.
Technical difficulties alone do not automatically entitle you to a refund where access can be restored.
If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact me first so I have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter may result in suspension of access to your purchased products while the matter is investigated.
Where lifetime access is advertised, this means access for the lifetime of the product while it continues to be offered by our business.
We reserve the right to update, improve or discontinue products where necessary.
Reasonable notice will be provided wherever possible.
