Break The Loop - A Workshop For Overthinkers [Replay]

A 90-minute workshop that will help you understand why overthinking really happens, what it's trying to protect you from, what keeps the cycle going, and most importantly how to break the relentless thought loops in the moments that matter.

Things are different around here...

Most advice tells you to think differently.

This workshop helps you respond differently.

Because overthinking isn't solved by having better thoughts.

It's solved by changing what happens in the moment your mind starts pulling you into the loop.

That's exactly what you'll learn inside.

If you've tried everything... and you're still overthinking, this is why.

You've been caught in cycles of overthinking more times than you can count.

You've tried to think your way out of it.

Rationalising your thoughts.

Thinking more positively.

Asking yourself, "What's the worst that could happen?"

Searching for proof that everything will be okay.

Keeping yourself busy to distract your mind.

Asking your partner, family or best friend for reassurance... again.

Telling yourself to "just stop worrying."

Waiting for the problem to be solved, convinced then you'll finally feel calm.

For a moment, it works.

Until your mind finds something else to latch onto.

Suddenly you're back where you started replaying conversations, analysing every possibility, questioning yourself and feeling completely consumed by your own thoughts.

You know your worries don't always make sense.

You know you're overthinking.

And yet you can't seem to stop.

Here's what nobody tells you...

Distraction.

Reassurance.

Positive thinking.

Rationalising.

Avoidance.

Trying to control every possible outcome.

These strategies might bring temporary relief, but they don't change what's happening underneath. In fact, they often teach your brain that the worry really was something that needed solving, making it even more likely to come back next time.

No wonder it feels relentless.

The good news?

You're not overthinking because you're weak, irrational or "just an anxious person."

You're caught in a protective pattern that your mind and body learned for a reason.

And once you understand that pattern, you can begin to change it.

I've been exactly where you are, and I promise you this: it doesn't have to stay this way.

I'M BECKY

I am accredited & registered with over 15 years working in the Psychology field with people from all walks of life. I have worked in secure environments & in the community, including with young offenders, people engaging in significant risk taking behaviours & those who 'have it all' but still don't feel happy on the inside.

I am also very much a human who continues to walk the path of healing. My journey into this work started by working through my own struggles of anxiety, low confidence & self-esteem.

One of the biggest problems I faced in the well-being/healing world was that most practitioners & other professionals didn't actually understand anxiety. We are often told to manage anxiety by managing the mind but what we aren't told is that anxiety doesn't begin in the mind, it begins in the body. This is why cognitive strategies alone often leave people stuck in never-ending cycles of overthinking - they’re using cognitive methods for what’s actually a body-based problem.

This is what inspired me to create Break The Loop — A Workshop for Overthinkers.

Because… you can manage your mind all day long, but if you’re not also:
👉🏻 Addressing what’s driving your fears
👉🏻 Regulating your nervous system
👉🏻 Grounded in who you are

…then nothing truly shifts. Trust me, I learnt this the hard way too!

Ready to break the loop?

What if your mind felt like somewhere you could trust, instead of somewhere you felt trapped?

Imagine if...

✓ You understood what was really happening in your mind and body when you got stuck in a loop of overthinking, instead of feeling overwhelmed and consumed by it.

✓ You stopped wondering why everyone else seems to find life easier, because things genuinely started to feel easier for you too.

✓ You recognised what was driving your overthinking and knew how to interrupt the cycle before it spiralled.

✓ You had simple, practical tools that actually worked in the moments that matter not more generic advice to "just stop thinking so much."

✓ You felt calmer, clearer and more confident navigating difficult moments, instead of feeling consumed by your own mind.

✓ You no longer saw your mind as the problem, but understood how to work with it instead of against it.

Imagine if managing your thoughts didn't feel like such a battle.

Imagine if your head felt quieter.

Imagine if you spent less time analysing your life and more time living it.

That's exactly what Break the Loop is designed to help you begin.

What to expect inside...

🧠 Understand why you overthink

We'll start by exploring what's actually happening in your mind and body when you get stuck in a loop. You'll leave understanding why overthinking isn't a personal flaw it's a protective pattern.

🔄 Discover what's keeping the loop going

You'll identify the habits that unintentionally fuel overthinking (even though you've probably been told they're helpful) and understand why your mind keeps returning to the same worries.

🛠 Learn practical tools you can use immediately

You'll leave with simple, psychologically informed strategies to interrupt overthinking in real time tools you can use the very next time your mind starts spiralling.

✨ Start responding differently in the moments that matter

Rather than trying to stop your thoughts, you'll learn how to change your relationship with them, so they have less power over you.
