Understand what's really driving your overwhelm, why everything you've tried hasn't worked and finally learn how to quieten the noise.
The Integrative Psychotherapist & Life Coach
I specialise in supporting high-functioning people to overcome overwhelm.
The people who overthink, over-give and overdo.
From the outside, they look like they're fine. Functioning, capable and successful.
But on the inside, they're carrying an invisible load that never seems to lessen.
Constantly stuck in their own head; thinking, anticipating, holding everything together and questioning themselves.
Not in crisis. Just quietly surviving.
I call this The Secret Struggle™ of Overwhelm.
Because overwhelm isn't defined by how your life looks on the outside. It's about how you feel on the inside.

Book your free initial call, so that we can talk through your needs & decide whether this is the right support for you.
You don’t look like you’re struggling from the outside.
You show up, work hard and do it all so well.
You've built a full life but in the hard moments when it all feels too much, you start to make yourself wrong for it... believing you should be able to "cope better".
You regularly find yourself stuck in a never ending cycle of anxiety, stress and overwhelm which can look like:
Over-functioning, performing and achieving at work
Over-giving in your relationships
Perfectionism, people pleasing and searching for approval
Imposter syndrome, self-doubt and constant comparison
Feeling like you're not "enough" and at times feeling "too much"
Always on the go and unable to rest
Saying or doing the 'right' thing
Overthinking what has happened or what could happen
Filtering yourself and hiding how you really feel
Finding it uncomfortable to receive or ask for support, because you should be okay
These are the patterns that create an outer identity of achievement, success and competence... all whilst you work so hard to control and contain it all. Desperately trying to get it right. Leaving you feeling completely overwhelmed inside.
This is The Secret Struggle™ of Overwhelm.
It's time to remember who you are beyond perfectionism, productivity and performance. This is where we make it all make sense. Normalising the messy, complicated parts of being human, instead of making yourself wrong for how you feel.
I'm here to help you get out of your own head and overcome overwhelm, so that the life you've built can finally feel like the one you wanted.
Understand what's really driving your overwhelm, why everything you've tried hasn't worked and finally learn how to quieten the noise.

Becky is known for supporting clients to do deep emotional healing work whilst also offering the tools, accountability and confidence to create sustainable change in your inner and outer world. Becky isn't just focussed on you feeling better but actually empowering you to be who you really are by supporting and at times challenging you to explore and deepen your understanding of yourself, your experiences and the world around you. It's no longer about trying harder, it’s about releasing the protective patterns, so that you can become more of who you really are.
My Signature Approach...
Recognise, Release, Realign
You don’t need “fixing” or changing. You don't need a new routine or simple strategy.
You need to really understand your inner world.
This enables you to Recognise your struggles and understand why they exist; Release the the thoughts, feelings, limiting beliefs and self-protective patterns that are exhausting you and; Realign your choices, decisions and actions with who you really are.
Most high-functioning people with hidden struggles have built their inner world to cope, because they don't feel safe to be themselves.
You perform and protect, because feeling, expressing and simply being never felt safe.
You function, but rarely feel good or genuine contentment.
You push through, because showing up as you are hasn’t always felt possible.
This isn’t because something is wrong with you.
It’s because you learned who you needed to be in order to feel 'good enough'.
And this is where change can happen.
This is where Rewriting Your Reality™ begins.
Receive thoughtful reflections from the therapy room, simple practices to support your inner world, and invitations to upcoming events. This is an opportunity to reflect, deepen self-awareness, learn psychologically informed tools and make meaningful shifts in the moments that matter.
